A few years ago, I took my first trip to Europe. I remember wandering through a countryside market, watching vendors set up their carts with cheeses, fresh bread, and simple, beautiful food. People gathered, lingered, and shared. There was a natural joy in it. Vendors took their time, offering samples and sharing the stories behind their farms and products, genuinely enjoying the chance to connect through food. That feeling stayed with me.

Long before that trip, I spent over 15 years in the food and hospitality industry, including time as a cheesemonger. It remains one of the most formative parts of my career. I learned how to guide people through flavors, pair unexpected combinations, and create memorable experiences through food.

When I returned home from Europe, I couldn’t shake the desire to recreate that countryside market charm. The warmth, the simplicity, the way it brought people together. Two years later, Bon Fromage was born. Today, our traveling charcuterie experience is centered around our signature cart, Cosette. Each event is designed to feel thoughtful, inviting, and a little transportive. Where guests linger and share something beautiful together.
